All items must be unworn and have original tags still attached, in order to be eligible for a return with MISRED. 

ONLINE RETURNS

Please go to our EASY RETURN PORTAL for all online purchase returns.  All full priced items can be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.  Items can be returned for a full refund, minus the cost of a return shipping label. Or you can get store credit and we will cover the cost of the return shipping. Our store credit never expires and comes in a digital gift card that can be stored in any digital wallet.

Please understand that we are a small business. We love to bring our customers a quality of different product, rather than a quantity of the same product over and over again.  The 'floor life' of our product is roughly 30 days.  Because of this, we only accept returns within 30 days for store credit only (credit does not expire). During the holiday season, the month of November return window is extended to 60 days for store credit.
